About Luisa
From a young age I knew that above all, I wanted to be a force for good in the world. I was pre-med in college and graduated with honors with a bachelors in Biology from Florida Atlantic University. Frustrated with the shortcomings of our healthcare system, I turned away from medical school and dove into the world of nutrition and holistic wellness. Since 2014 I have worked in innovation teams for diverse brand portfolios of food and supplements to bring the most effective nutritional products to the market.
In 2016 I learned the power of the mind body connection for physical, mental, and spiritual health through my 200 RYT yoga teacher certification and in 2022 I earned my Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York.
Today I make it my mission to support people and brands with the same vision I have: empowering individuals to be a force for positive transformation for themselves and the world around them.
